Service Description

¡Hola! Powderhorn Beginner Spanish Club is a fun, welcoming introduction to Spanish for students in grades K–5. Through games, songs, movement, storytelling, and conversation, students will learn basic vocabulary and phrases while building confidence speaking a new language. Classes are designed to be playful and engaging for younger learners, while still offering meaningful language exposure for older students. No prior Spanish experience is required - just curiosity and a willingness to try! Students will practice greetings, numbers, colors, everyday phrases, and simple conversations, all in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Our goal is to help students develop a positive relationship with language learning while exploring Spanish culture in a way that feels exciting and accessible.
